We process your details only to answer your question: without a login, your name and email address, plus the topic, message and campaign where applicable. If you are signed in, we associate the question with your account and reply to your account's email address. Access is limited to contentmarkt staff handling support. Your IP address is processed only briefly on submission to limit bulk requests and is not stored.

The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR where the matter concerns your account or a contract with us; otherwise, Article 6(1)(f) GDPR (answering requests). We delete requests twelve months after receipt, and requests from an account no later than deletion of that account. The controller is Axel Springer Deutschland GmbH.
